A little bit about how I can help you:

Having worked in the architectural and construction industry since 1997 in private practice, health and the house building sector has given me a working knowledge of all aspects of the industry with a focus on good design, value, budget, materials and energy saving measures.
We aim to guide you through both the planning and building process and offer you the guidance and advice that you require from the project's inception to its completion.

Planning
We work with our client to develop a brief of their building requirements and where necessary we liaise with the local authority to understand what their requirements are on a given Planning Application. We aim to work with the local authority rather than against them.

Building Control
A specification and a set of drawings are produced in order for the proposed works to be carried out. This information includes details of materials which are to be used and how they should be installed. Building Regulations cover all the technical and construction details.

Construction
Continuing on from the Building Regulations drawings and specification we can work alongside the contractor to ensure any materials changed from those specified can meet the requirements to satisfy building control. We also aim to work with the contractor to answer any queries and resolve any design details that inevitably arise during construction.

Week 28

After ten months hard work a few sleepless nights we have finished, the last bit of decoration and hanging curtains remain to be done.
I would like to thank all those that have been involved for their hard work, KDR, Moule and Co, Merv & Dave, Nige and the gang, Ian Branfield, Seal Lite Windows, Astral Tiling, Alistair Chrystal & Les Moon the list could go on and on but thanks to those I haven’t mentioned,  and also to the guys at Western Timbers for the absolutely 1st class service.
I have to give a special thanks to Phil & Jason who have worked there socks off and achieved the impossible, But the biggest thanks has to go to my mum & dad and Jo without you this wouldn’t have been possible.
All that’s left for me to say is Thanks and I’m looking forward to the next one. J
